Making objects has always held my attention.  All my working life I have taken what spare time I could find to make art.  I have enjoyed learning about materials, tools and techniques.  My mother gave me 60 pounds of used clay and I began sculpting heads and figures in high school.  I have taken classes in sculpting from life, bronze casting, welding, drawing, painting and glazes.  All of those hours enriched my life.
